MF Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. has achieved a significant milestone in the European market with the successful installation and commissioning of its advanced 1.6-meter 4-layer high-end laminated bubble wrap machine at a leading packaging manufacturer in Belarus. Notably, this state-of-the-art system has replaced the client’s previous equipment from Toninova, a well-established Italian machinery manufacturer.

The Belarusian client, with years of experience in the industry, had been using the Toninova machine. However, seeking higher production efficiency, superior product quality, and more advanced technological features, they turned to MF Machinery after an extensive global evaluation.

The newly installed machine represents the cutting edge of bubble film production. Its 4-layer co-extrusion capability allows for the combination of different polymer materials or recycled content (rPE) in specific layers. This enables the production of high-value, laminated bubble wrap with exceptional strength, enhanced barrier properties (such as anti-static or UV protection), and a superior surface finish, while potentially reducing overall material cost.
